People speculate that there are still numerous stone statues buried under the strange soil of Rapa Nui. According to the Hanau Momoko, the locals also pushed over some of these exposed stone statues, which made us rethink whether these were ritual objects or whether they served the same purpose as the Stone Circle Farmland. We had a long chat with the shamans in the canoe house and still could not figure it out.
Then a new theory arose that the statues were used as instructions rather than ritual objects, and that the different orientations and the detailed appearance of the statues served as different instructions, similar to the role of writing.
